â–ºPREFERRED OPTION:  Register Online and Pay Now or Pay Later 

We are asking that all delegates register online and if at all possible pay at the time of registration. Registering online helps to keep our registration process efficient, accurate and cost-effective and you will avoid long lines on the first day of the Congress.    You will receive confirmations of your online registration and payments by email. Changes to your registration will be made on-site at the Annual Session.

When you register online by May 2, 2018, you may:

3. Pay on-site at the Registration Desk at the Annual Session, starting on May 7, 2018. Bring a copy of your email confirmation of your registration.

If you are not able to register online, you may also download the registration form. Mail it in along with your payment by check or money order by April 30, 2018 to:

Note:  If you decide to wait to register and pay on-site, you may encounter long wait times and have difficulty getting the classes you want.  Please bring your completed registration form and payment in the form of a check, money order, credit or debit card to the registration desk at the Annual Session to help speed the process.
